Description

Your work will focus primarily on:

  • Providing support with the setup of a billing system to pay the Logistics Service Providers based on the provided services.
  • Controlling of monthly service reports and service requests.
  • Steering the necessary activities to align the billing system to existing logistics processes.
  • Implementing a reporting tool.
  • Supporting the team with day to day tasks.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Be an active student of Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration or related field of study, coursing 6th-8th semester.
  • Availability from January to June 2020, preferably between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, on week days.
  • Good skills in MS Office.
  • Good logistical understanding, interests in interfaces to purchasing, controlling and IT.
  • Advanced English skills.
